How do I create a new invoice for a patient?

To create a new invoice, select the patient data set, click on “Create Invoice”, the invoice is automatically combined using the existing treatment information. The software automatically generates a complete invoice, which you can print or send digitally.

Can I automatically forward invoices to insurance companies?

Yes, the billing module makes it possible to automatically forward invoices to the patient's insurance company. To do this, you must have stored the insurance data and activate the automatic sending function.

How does the management of outstanding invoices work?

Open invoices are displayed in the “Invoice Overview” module. Here you can check the payment status, send reminders or reminders, and record payments. The software automatically updates the status when a payment is received.

Can I book installments or installments?
